My sweet breakfast ideas!

It‘s Sunday! You know what that means: long morning in pajamas and sweet different breakfast! I love it! Are you like me, always sitting and trying to figure out what should I make for breakfast? No worries, I am here today to share three insanely easy and sweet breakfast food ideas.

This is an easy and yummy breakfast perfect for everyone who loves fruits, pancakes, nutella and like to have something fancy but fast.

Nutella mini pancakes kabobs

What you will need:

  • 1 small bottle Bisquick Shake‘n Pour pancake mix
  • 1 small jar nutella
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed, sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 2 large firm bananas, peeled and sliced into ½ inch thick rounds
  • 3 wooden kabobs
  1. Prepare the pancake batter according to package directions and pour small dabs of batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle for 1 – ½ inch diameter pancakes (about ¾ tablespoon of batter per mini pancake)
  2. Cook the mini pancakes for about a minute on each side or until lightly browned.
  3. Spread some Nutella on each of the pancake bites and layer the ingredients onto the kabob sticks. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Cookie Waffles with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream

What you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 free-range eggs, lightly beaten
  • 425ml full-fat milk
  • 110g unsalted butter, melted
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Vanilla ice cream
  1. For the waffles, preheat a waffle maker to a medium setting and preheat the oven to 140C. Place a large wire rack onto a baking tray and keep it warm.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the eggs, milk and butter until well combined.
  3. 3.Ladle some of the batter into each well of the waffle maker, close the lid and cook for five minutes, or until golden-brown and crisp. Repeat the process until the batter is used up. Keep the waffles warm on the baking tray in the oven.
  4. Place the waffles on a plate and top with chocolate sauce. Serve ice cream on the top. Enjoy!

Teddy Bear Toast

What you will need:

  • Bread (Your favorite sliced bread works great)
  • Banana cut in slices
  • Strawberries cut in half
  • Blueberries
  • Nutella or peanut butter
  1. Toast your favorite bread.
  2. Spread some nutella (or peanut butter) on each piece of toast.
  3. Top with bananas slices for the ears and nose and blueberries for the eyes and top of the nose to make the teddy bear face.
  4. Finish everything with spacing strawberries on the sides of plate.
